Following graduation, 2004, Catherine continued her career in hotels and resorts where she completed her apprenticeship requirements and achieved her – Red Seal, 2005. For the 6 years following, she worked in various restaurants and hotels in Ontario and Alberta. Having gained a new understanding of health and wellness in Alberta, Chef Catherine went back to school to become an RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) and RNCP (Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner), 2009-2011; she is also a current member of the IONC (International Organization of Nutrition Consultants) and a Member of The Chef Alliance as well as a Certified Safe Food Handler.
