They were fantastic. The food was excellent and each dish was explained, followed up on and cleared in a timely manner. They were extremely professional, offering suggestions on menu options before the event, and answering questions, offering to refill glasses, etc throughout the entire meal. The communicaiton between the chef and I was timely and thorough.
Fawzi was very engaging and personable. I was wondering whether we would enjoy having a stranger in our midst cooking and interacting with us but we pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed his presence. His professionalism was very evident and was evident as he executed his various duties throughout the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed the courses he prepared for us and would highly recommend him.
Overall, our experience was very positive. We would definitely have Chef Fawzi come again.
